The Work Environment

SCCECC is a 24 hour operation. The facility is secure and access is limited. SCCECC works in partnership with employees by recognizing and rewarding employees for service above and beyond and encouraging involvement on various committees and teams.

Shift Work

Dispatchers are assigned to either a Blue Team or Red Team. Each team works opposite sides of the week. Trainees in the CTO program will follow the shift of their assigned CTO.
