Santa Cruz Regional 9-1-1 is a progressive agency, proudly in the forefront and on the cutting edge of public safety communications across the nation. It is the only agency in California to obtain re-accreditation with the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
